Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Are you passionate about connecting talented people with exciting opportunities? We have a fantastic new opening for a Talent Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment Team at Lookers initially on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
You’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive team that will ensure you have all the tools, training and information you need to thrive from day one. You’ll have full autonomy to manage your own recruitment desk, working both from home and at our central Team Valley hub (3 days per week).
As a Talent Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and engaging top talent for Lookers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering a first‑class candidate experience. Your day‑to‑day will include:
