Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Royal Gloucestershire Hospital and Community Work
Salary: £22,932 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 per hour)
Hours: 18 per week
Contract: Permanent
Additional Requirement: Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
