A leading care provider in Pembrokeshire is looking for compassionate support workers for full time and part time roles. Candidates will assist with customers' personal care, promote their independence, and maintain dignity and respect in their daily lives. The job offers competitive rates of pay ranging from £12.60 to £15.23 per hour, along with comprehensive training and development opportunities. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in care.

Employment is subject to at least two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS.

Experience is not as important as a willingness to learn and to see things from the point of view of the people we support. In order to respond to their preferences and support needs, you will work on a rota basis which will include shifts in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The role may also include sleep overs and in some cases waking nights.
Based in Haverfordwest, our three residential care homes support people to live independently within a residential setting.
Supported Living:
Based in houses across Pembrokeshire, Supported Living supports people to live independently in their own homes.
Community Outreach:
Our Community Outreach team aims to achieve person‑centred outcomes for anyone who feels they need support and help with their day to day lives.
