We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker at our Cartref Celtiadd Residential Home located in Clydach, Swansea.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Support individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs
  • Promote positive well-being and independence in daily life
  • Be enthusiastic and engaged in the hobbies and interests of those you support
  • Help maintain and develop community links through leisure and social activities
  • Support personal care needs where required
  • Shifts are – days 8.00 am – 10.00 pm – Nights 9.00 pm – 8.00 am
  • This is within our 3‑bedroom detached home.
