Job summary

A care support organization in Crewkerne is seeking Support Workers to assist a gentleman with daily activities and promote his independence. This role involves personal care, medication management, and engaging in outdoor activities. Both full-time and part-time positions are available offering £14.44 per hour, along with training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave and a salary advance scheme.

Full and Part time roles available

We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team in Crewkerne, who support a gentleman who lives in his own home. Terry loves to get out and about and has a passion for adventure, he is looking for someone who will share his love of the outdoors with him.

Other things that Terry enjoys are:
  • Listening to music and having a little dance around the house
  • Trips to the Seaside for a walk along the beach and some fish and chips!
  • Spending time in his garden on his swing and in the lazy spa!A walk round Ninesprings and have a hot chocolate in the café after
  • Going to local cafes’ for a hot chocolate
  • Home cooked food, he love sitting in the kitchen watching you cook!

Alongside the above, your role will be to ensure that Terry feels safe and comfortable, promoting his independence and supporting with his everyday needs, this will include, personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning and food shopping, amongst other things.
