Role Overview
The Study Coordinator – IChem is responsible for supporting bioanalytical studies, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of both routine and non‑routine studies. This includes checking analytical data, drafting documentation, generating study data, and coordinating study activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate key client studies in compliance with GxP regulatory guidelines
Support all phases of bioanalysis studies in collaboration with Lead Scientists and Study Managers
Draft study documentation and generate study data
Oversee report production, including finalization and archiving of study data
Liaise with clients regarding study issues and provide team support to ensure timely completion
Qualifications & Education
Required: Scientific degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or relevant scientific industry experience
Experience:
Writing reports or administrative experience beneficial
Excellent computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
