• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Background in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Project Management preferred.
• Understanding of various building contracts, such as JCT and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding team and ensure effective bid responses.
• Agree on Bid Win Strategy with Pre-Construction Director.
• Develop Bid Programme and ensure accurate contract document reviews.
