Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting clients with Spinal Injury, catheter care, and bowel management.
  • Caring and empathetic personality required.
  • Capacity to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence to operate the WAV.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Manage respiratory needs including cough assist and suctioning.
  • Perform autonomic dysreflexia management.
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
  • Administer medication with provided training.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Help with mobility and physical activities.
