A leading food manufacturer located in Stokesley is seeking a Specification Technologist to ensure the integrity and compliance of product specifications. The role involves managing raw material specifications and supporting product development while ensuring all labelling information is accurate and legally compliant. Ideal candidates have a strong team spirit, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Join us as a Specification Technologist and help deliver complete and compliant specifications for all our products, supporting both our internal functions and external customers.
What you'll be responsible for:
Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product information across our business. You'll manage and maintain raw material and finished product specifications, ensuring they are accurate, approved, and up to date across all relevant systems and customer portals.
You’ll work closely with multiple sites and functions to support new product development launches, ensuring all mandatory and voluntary pack information such as ingredient declarations, nutritional data, and claims is correctly applied. Your attention to detail will be critical in releasing legally compliant labelling information and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
The position will be based from our Stokesley office circa 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.
