A leading food manufacturer in Stokesley is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure safety compliance, and improve production processes. This role requires excellent leadership skills and experience in food manufacturing. Ideal candidates will hold HACCP and Food Hygiene qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary and various employee benefits.
Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor/Manufacturing Team Leader to join our manufacturing and operations team out of our Stokesley based manufacturing plant.
Ensuring that your shift team are compliant with business safety and quality procedures, you will manage a team of manufacturing technicians and operators to deliver line output and meet key production related performance indicators.
You will coach and develop a multi-skilled team, addressing line losses, performance issues whilst developing technical skills which set priorities for reliability and loss reduction. Managing the shift-to-shift handover procedures, you will create robust planned stops, drive out losses and ensure each team member understands their roles and actions to deliver production results.
