DWF is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join its nationally recognised Insurance Fraud team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to advance your legal career within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. You’ll be working alongside leading insurers and high‑profile clients on complex, high‑value fraud litigation matters, contributing to one of the most respected teams in the field.

This role offers a hybrid‑based model which will be based from the newly renovated London office.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on complex and high‑value fraudulent claims, including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, and organised fraud rings.
  • Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
  • Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Fraud practice.
  • Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
What will help you succeed in this role?
  • 0‑4 years PQE with strong experience in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant).
  • A proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
