Are you passionate about using digital communication to strengthen and encourage the global Church?

Join Barnabas Aid, a ministry dedicated to providing practical help and spiritual encouragement to persecuted Christians around the world.

As our Digital Engagement and Retention Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in nurturing authentic, Christ‑centred relationships online — deepening engagement, prayer and participation across our global supporter family.

You’ll help turn online followers into active partners in mission, sharing stories of hope, faith and perseverance from the persecuted Church. Working with teams across Digital Communications, Media, Supporter Relations and Projects, you’ll ensure our digital presence reflects Barnabas Aid’s heart and values.

About the Role
  • Manage and grow Barnabas Aid’s online communities across social media and digital channels.
  • Foster a compassionate, prayerful and engaging community atmosphere.
  • Share powerful testimonies, project updates and prayer needs that inspire action.
  • Monitor and analyse engagement to strengthen supporter connection and retention.
  • Collaborate across teams to align content, tone and storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
  • A practising Christian, actively involved in your local church
  • Compassionate communicator with excellent written English and emotional intelligence
  • Experience managing and growing online communities for a charity, ministry or brand
  • Organised, creative and able to manage multiple priorities with care and consistency
  • Passionate about Barnabas Aid’s mission to serve the persecuted Church
