A local borough council in Rochdale is seeking a qualified social care worker to assess the needs of children and families. You will provide direct assistance and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires some travel and the possibility of non-standard hours, along with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
We are looking for a qualified social care worker who wishes to start an exciting opportunity with us as part of the CWD team at Rochdale Children’s Social Care.
In this role, you will work to assess the needs of individual children and their families for our social care service and design/arrange appropriate care provision. You will also provide direct social work assistance to children and families and establish and develop effective collaborative working relationships with our partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes.
Travel to various locations will be required for this role. Some work outside normal hours may be required as per the needs of the service.
