A leading construction company is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee fire sprinkler installations in Leicester. This full-time position offers an initial 3-month contract with a strong emphasis on site safety and team leadership. W e are seeking a dedicated and announce experienced Site Manager to oversee a fire sprinkler installation cuanto exisiting, lived-in, student accommodation in Leicester. This would initally be for a 3-month Rail, but with the potential. to extend.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors carry out work in a timely and safe manner at site level. Dealing with all matters arising on site. Ensuring all staff and operatives meet H&S regulations. Ensuring Triangle meet all duties in line with the programme of works. Carrying out risk assessments, QA and H&S inspections and audits, management reporting, toolbox talks, etc. Supporting and directing RLO work as required and u pdating Triangle database, as required.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all activities on site are conducted efficiently and safely, while managing a team of staff to achieve operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Initially this is a fixed 3-month contract, full time, 40 hours Monday to Friday.
