We are currently recruiting for aShot Blasterto join a busy production environment in January 2026. This is a hands‑on role requiring good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing items to a high standard and in line with specifications
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Ensuring correct protection is applied to parts
• Producing work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Meeting production targets and reporting any issues to the Supervisor
• Disposing of waste materials in line with company guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
• Ensuring extractors, doors, and equipment are working correctly
• Completing all required documentation accurately
• Promoting health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
• Supporting team members and assisting with cross‑training where needed
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality

Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience in aproduction or manufacturing environmentpreferred
• Good attendance and timekeeping
• Calm, methodical, and positive approach to work
• Self‑motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
