Shopper and Trade Marketing Manager

Location: London (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week office-based)

Ceuta Group is seeking a commercially sharp, Shopper and Trade Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn insights into powerful activation. This is your opportunity to be the driving force behind how brands win in-store and online.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion category strategies grounded in consumer, market, and shopper data.
  • Influence product ranging, merchandising, and promotional strategies across key accounts.
  • Deliver compelling joint business plans and become a trusted partner to retailers.
  • Lead impactful shopper marketing campaigns—online and in-store.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to bring category stories to life.
  • Leverage analytics tools like Circana and EPOS to uncover growth opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Category Management within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare. Pharmacy or OTC ideally.
  • Strong analytical chops with tools like Circana (IRI/Nielsen) and EPOS
  • Confidence in building data-led stories using Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in Grocery, Convenience or Health & Personal Care channels.
  • A collaborative mindset with the autonomy to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
