A community-focused charity organization in Greater Rochdale is seeking a Shop Support Manager to assist in retail operations. The successful candidate will support the Retail Development Manager and manage shop activities, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards. Retail experience is essential, along with flexibility and the ability to work weekends. The role offers a salary between £14,919 and £15,560 per annum along with various benefits, including a pension scheme and holiday entitlement.

Are you passionate about retail and want to make a real difference in your local community? We have a great opportunity for you to join our small and friendly team as Shop Support Manager. We need to keep our shops open, because they generate vital income for the Hospice. As Shop Support Manager you will assist the Retail Development Manager and provide management support for sickness, holidays and vacancies across our shops, ensuring we never lose a day’s sales.
Your retail experience will mean you can hit the ground running and build good relationships across our shops, ensuring they meet targets, maintain high standards and deliver excellent customer service. If you can quickly build rapport with existing teams and want a position where every day is different, we’d love to hear from you. This post requires flexibility, including weekend working, and driving is essential.
