A local charity organization is seeking two motivated Shop Supervisors for their shops in Hull & East Riding. The ideal candidates will have retail supervisory experience and a passion for customer service and community impact. Responsibilities include maximizing shop income, leading volunteers, and maintaining shop standards. Wage – £12.21 per hour
Hours – Part Time – 12/14 hours per week (worked over 2 days)
Holidays – 28 days annual leave pro‑rata (inclusive of public holidays)

We are looking for two motivated and people‑focused Shop Supervisors to support the day‑to‑day running of our charity shops across Hull & East Riding. Reporting to the Multi‑Site Retail Manager, you will play a key role in maximising shop income, leading and supporting volunteers, and ensuring our shops are welcoming, well‑presented, and compliant with all relevant policies and legislation. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone with retail supervisory experience who is passionate about customer service, community impact, and animal welfare.
