Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for vetting shop visit invoices, amounting to approximately $1 billion per month. The role involves ensuring efficient invoice vetting, driving data insights to improve shop visit costs, and supporting successful customer charge claims.

The successful candidate will have high autonomy to support the invoice vetting team in achieving high performance and shop visit cost targets.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and lead a high-performing invoice management team.
  • Enhance oversight of vetting $1 billion of invoices monthly to prevent cost leakage.
  • Collaborate with off-wing operations to control shop visit costs within the MRO network.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives through data insights and process improvements.
  • Report progress via the WAVE tool to the Rolls-Royce board.
  • Increase Customer Responsible Charges (CRCs) by £250m annually through process rigor and justification.
  • Resolve escalations and prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Implement audit actions and process improvements, including query management.
  • Lead ongoing process improvement initiatives for invoice vetting and payments.
  • Deputise for the Programme Executive for Shop Visit Cost as needed.
