Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, answer service-related customer phone calls, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and special promotions, and schedule service appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, answer service-related customer phone calls, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and special promotions, and schedule service appointments
  • Greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customer's satisfaction, and more
  • Follow up with service customers on unsold jobs
  • Achieve and maintain Toyota Service Advisor certification
  • Maintain high CSI scores
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Advisor experience and knowledge of Xtime platform is preferred
  • Able to sell additional services, excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Good work ethic and computer skills
  • Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
