A commercial vehicle group based in Portsmouth is seeking a Service Admin to handle customer enquiries and manage vehicle bookings. The ideal candidate should have experience in a workshop service desk and possess good technical knowledge of commercial vehicles. Responsibilities include booking vehicles, explaining repair processes, and handling customer calls. As a result of additional workload and introduction of a new franchise, we are currently recruiting for experienced Service Administrators to be based at our head office at Muiryfaulds in Forfar.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a car or commercial vehicle workshop service desk and have a good understanding of the processes involved. Knowledge of our Data Management System CDK/Keyloop would also be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
