A leading educational institution in England is looking for a knowledgeable SEO Specialist. You will develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and student recruitment. Collaboration with digital teams and overseeing technical SEO improvements via web developers is essential. Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, and the role offers a flexible hybrid work model at the Penryn and Falmouth campuses.
Falmouth University is seeking an SEO Specialist who is knowledgeable about search engine optimisation and can support wider marketing efforts to raise the profile of the University online. The successful candidate will work within the Marketing & External Relations team and be directly involved with creating, implementing and reporting on a solid organic search strategy, primarily driving student recruitment through effective technical and content‑based SEO practices.
You are a proactive team player, conscientious and hard‑working. In a fast‑paced environment you plan effectively while remaining agile when needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical work to wider teams are essential.
This is a fixed‑term maternity cover of up to 12 months. We offer flexibility in working hours (minimum of 3 days per week); please indicate your preference in the application form and it will be discussed further at interview.
Our team works a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week at our Penryn and Falmouth campuses. Remote working is not available for this role.
