A support services organization in Shrewsbury is looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide care and support for vulnerable children. Duties include assisting with emotional, physical, and social needs, delivering personal care, and maintaining a nurturing environment. Candidates must possess NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, a full UK driving license, and be 21 or older. JOB ROLE:Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential
LOCATION:Please note, you are required to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire (SY3)
HOURS: 39 hours per week
Assigned shift structure39 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, additional earnings from £3,000 to £6,000 per annum)
