Job description

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor

The duties of the Senior Supervisor role will include:

• Ensuring the smooth running of works through regular liaising with the client, employees and subcontracts
• Supporting the contracts manager before work commences, reviewing tender information and workloads, supporting the allocation of resources and carrying out site visits where required
• Writing specific programmes of work and updating when required
• Raising technical queries and ensuring their resolution and communicating all relevant information is shared with the team
• Assisting and supporting the works supervisors with any queries regarding labour, plant or programmes
• Ensuring that the highest level of health and safety is always maintained

What skills and experience do you need?

You will be a dedicated and motivated SeniorSupervisor with previous experience in the highways or construction industry. You will have excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. To be considered for the Reynolds you will ideally have experience in NEC, JCT or ICE contracts and you will hold a CSCS card and SSSTS.

This role will involve travel to other FM Conway and customer locations therefore, you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving yaşay licence.
