Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Residential Working Drawing Architectural Technician, based in Southampton with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves producing detailed working drawings, reviewing and coordinating technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, and collaborating with design and construction teams. The candidate will also contribute to resolving design challenges, liaising with clients, and optimizing project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in producing working drawings, technical detailing, and knowledge of residential architecture
• Understanding and application of UK building regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient use of design softwarePROCESS AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
