Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Deliver a high level of client care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancing staff.
• Contribute to the development and efficiency of the residential property team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
