We’re looking for aSenior Residential Activity Workerto join our team and play a key role in delivering our innovative and life-changing12-week Activity and Intervention Programme. Based in anOfsted-registered children’s home, our service provides crisis intervention placements that give young people (aged 8–18) a chance to reset, grow, and thrive through structure, outdoor adventure, and trauma-informed care.
As aSenior Activity Worker, you’ll lead by example — combining hands‑on therapeutic care with leadership in outdoor activities like kayaking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. You’ll also support the management team by guiding and supervising Residential Activity Workers, helping ensure that best practice is consistently delivered across the service.
During your4 working days, you’llreside onsiteat the activity centre (accommodation and meals provided), offering continuity and consistent support for young people.
