About The Experience

About The Role

The Senior Producer leads the end‑to‑end production execution for Dopamine Land installations worldwide. You’ll manage project delivery, team coordination, contracting, and financial oversight to ensure timely, high‑quality rollouts. Your mission: to make each Dopamine Land launch operationally flawless, within budget and in alignment with creative intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee production logistics, scheduling and coordination across multiple markets.
  • Own the production budget from forecasting to final reconciliation, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
  • Oversee contracts and SOWs for venues, fabrication and production partners in coordination with Regional and Legal teams.
  • Supervise local producers, providing mentorship, structure and clear communication on deliverables.
  • Ensure that project tools (timelines, trackers, budgets) are implemented and maintained.
  • Conduct venue selection and adaptation processes in coordination with Creative Producers.
  • Evaluate and select production and fabrication partners, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety regulations, permitting and insurance requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for cross‑departmental alignment (Creative, Project Management, Local Ops).
  • Drive post‑opening evaluation and documentation for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years’ experience in event, attraction or immersive experience production, preferably at a global scale.
  • Proven success managing multi‑region productions from pre‑production through installation.
  • Strong skills in budget management, vendor negotiation and logistics.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Strong command of production workflows, contracting and stakeholder communications.
  • Technical understanding of scenic fabrication, electrical and AV systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage projects across time zones.
