Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical and holistic assessments to comprehensively understand the needs and risks of service users, shaping effective care plans, and managing complex cases.
  • Offer guidance and supervision to junior staff, acting as a mentor and supporting their professional development.
  • Autonomously manage a caseload, contributing to key decisions, ensuring robust safeguarding, and formulating impactful care or treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners such as health services, police, and education sectors to ensure coordinated and effective support for service users.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including documentation, report writing, complaints investigations, and outcome evaluations.
  • Drive quality improvement and compliance within the service, aligning with policies, standards, and professional practice models.
  • Provide leadership and management, including staff line management, conducting appraisals, supporting recruitment, and fostering a positive team culture.
