Senior Power Platform Developer – Fixed Term Contract

Home Based; 12‑month fixed term contract with Capita Pension Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Implement intelligent automation and data integration strategies using Azure, SQL, and custom connectors.
• Establish and maintain best practices for ALM, GitHub‑based CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with MI/BI, Finance, HR, Sales and Operational Governance teams to align digital solutions with business strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers; support SMCR/FCA audit readiness.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven).
• Strong command of SQL, Python, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault), GitHub and AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows, RPA), Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS) and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to architect future‑ready solutions that align with business goals and support scalability.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments; knowledge of SMCR/FCA compliance.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.

Eligibility: Minimum 5 years of UK residency; secure clearance required.
