Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a Health and Safety Manager with CDM and rail experience to implement health and safety policies for a civil construction project. This hybrid role in Aylesbury promises a full-time 12-month contract. The successful candidate will lead safety operations, conduct incident investigations, and develop HSS KPIs. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in Health & Safety, focusing on major projects and possess strong communication skills. NEBOSH Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operational Health & Safety experience on major construction projects.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or senior advisory role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage health and safety operations across the programme.
• Review and sign off Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Conduct incident investigations and produce reports.
