Qualifications

• Proven track record in a supervisory role within Hard FM services.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation (SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certification).
• Ability to obtain a PVG Disclosure Scotland certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the site‑based engineering team to ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and SHEQ standards.
• Manage the operational work order process, including clinical access and temporary repairs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including NHS and Project Co.
