Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in data architecture/data engineering, with 5+ years leading migrations to HCM.
• Proven experience in multi-source HR data migration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Define data migration approach from heterogeneous source systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Create & track cutover tasks for Data Migrations.
• Design canonical data models to consolidate data into HCM Cloud.
