# Senior Curriculum Coordinator(UK Visa Sponsorship)### Job Description## The RoleBrighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Curriculum Coordinator to support Phase 1 (Years 1 and 2) of the undergraduate medical programme.This role sits within the Phase 1 School Office and forms part of the wider BSMS Curriculum Support Team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery, coordination, and administration of teaching, learning, and assessment activities for early-years medical students.Working closely with academic colleagues, professional services teams across both partner universities, and NHS partner organisations, you will help maintain high standards in curriculum organisation and student support.Occasional travel to BSMS buildings at the University of Brighton and other school locations will be required.### Key ResponsibilitiesThe postholder will contribute across a broad range of curriculum and administrative activities, including:* Coordinating and servicing meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, and taking minutes* Managing and administering student feedback processes* Supporting induction activities for new medical students* Assisting with recruitment, coordination, and administration of the Phase 1 Personal Tutor programme* Supporting teaching delivery, assessment administration, and curriculum-related processes* Acting as a key point of contact for staff and students regarding Phase 1 queriesThis is a varied role that requires strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced academic environment.### About YouYou will be a confident and capable administrator with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
