A well-established consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Clerk of Works to lead inspections and ensure compliance in construction projects. You'll work with various professionals to uphold the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates have significant Clerk of Works experience and relevant qualifications. The role offers a hybrid work environment, alongside competitive benefits including private medical insurance and a pension plan.
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Senior Clerk of Works role within our well‑established and highly respected Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) team. This is more than just a site‑based role—it’s a unique opportunity to spearhead a growing service, acting as the lead point of contact for Clerk of Works instructions across our expanding portfolio.
As the driving force behind this new offering, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. You’ll provide impartial, expert inspections and reporting, ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications, regulations, and best practice.
Working closely with Project Managers, Building Surveyors, and Fire Engineers/Safety Consultants, you’ll help shape a joined‑up approach to risk mitigation and quality assurance across Hollis projects. If you’re looking to take ownership, build something new, and make a lasting impact, this is your chance to lead from the front.
