• Experience of motivating teams to deliver projects.
• Responsible for planning, marketing, and delivery of fundraising events.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Using data to understand performance and inform plans.
• Proactive in resolving project issues or underperformance.
• Experience managing campaign budget and financial reporting.
• Understanding of the virtual and DIY fundraising market.
