Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role focused on Construction Design Management.
• Experience with Data Centre or large scale infrastructure projects is required.
• Knowledge of MEP services and UK CDM Regulations 2015 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Principal Designer duties as per CDM 2015.
• Coordinate with team members and clients regarding health and safety.
• Conduct safety-by-design review workshops and produce Design Risk Assessments.
