A leading global reinsurer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for L&H Solutions Sales. In this role, you will manage the sales process and collaborate with various teams to deliver tailored solutions. Candidates should have over 7 years in software solutions sales, preferably in the insurance industry, and must be fluent in English and French. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £88,000 to £132,000 based on qualifications and experience.

The Business Development team are a small group focussed on bringing additional value to Swiss Re through sales of our Life and Health (L&H) automated underwriting and claims cloud based solutions to Swiss Re's primary insurance client base.
Your role is to sell Swiss Re's L&H automated underwriting and claims solutions for the EMEA and UK&I region aligned with our go to market strategy. This role requires English and French language skills.
You will own the sales process from analysing client's requirements, delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations and negotiating and closing deals culminating with a signed license agreement.
You have L&H knowledge, ideally in the insurance solutions space, and are a driven, results-oriented, motivated negotiator with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships up to C-suite. You are a great teammate with a track record of building and working in successful teams, thriving in cross functional operating model and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
The base salary range for this position is between 88,000 GBP and 132,000 GBP (full time equivelent). The specific salary offered considers:
