Responsibilities

• Carry out building inspections and produce professional reports.
• Prepare technical specifications and oversee repair/refurbishment contracts.
• Develop and negotiate dilapidation schedules and exit strategies.
• Create planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Conduct reinstatement cost evaluations.
• Assist with portfolio coordination and handle additional duties.
• Build lasting client relationships.
