Our client is a well established mid‑market private equity investor with an exceptional track record, looking to add a Senior Associate to their London investment team as they continue to deploy capital from their latest fund.

What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio management, and realisation
• Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the fund

Who we are looking for

• Prior European private equity experience at the associate level is a prerequisite
• Excellent academics including a degree at Bachelor or Master's level
• A credible and engaging presentational style, coupled with the confidence to be effective in relationship building with vendors / management teams and advisers
• High level of numeracy and technical proficiency, combined with the commercial awareness to put the numbers into their strategic context
