Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Newark based architectural practice.

This RIBA practice has roughly 90 members staff in total, across three offices and they are currently in a phase of growth.

Over the last 30 years this RIBA practice has worked on many award-winning projects, locally and nationally.

With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them.

You’ll have the chance to work on a range of projects including some large-scale, high-end e-commerce projects for global companies, warehousing, manufacturing, aviation, film & TV studios, energy from waste, and data centres.

The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist

• Run your own projects
• Producing feasibility studies through to seeing projects on site
• Use Revit daily
• Producing technical drawings for each stage of the building process
• Working directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Working across all industrial and retail design
• Any experience in cladding would be great!

Salary for this position is between £35K-£45K depending on previous experience and ability.
