Job summary

A leading global organisation is looking for a Senior Actuarial Leader to oversee their Property & Casualty division in Bermuda. This pivotal role seeks a candidate with a strong focus on Reserving and notable experience in the field. Ideal applicants will have previously held Chief Actuary or Director positions. The role is open to experienced professionals based in the UK or USA, with relocation support and visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in leadership roles within the actuarial field.
• Knowledge in Reserving and Reinsurance will be beneficial.
• Prior experience as Chief Actuary or Director level is a plus.

Goodman Masson are excited to be partnered with a highly prominent global organisation as they recruit a new Senior Actuarial Leader to take ownership of their P&C division in Bermuda.

This role has been signed off after a strong period of growth for the company and they are now looking to hire a highly experienced Leader to continue growing and developing the team. The role will have a strong Reserving focus, with Reinsurance knowledge being particularly desirable. Exposure to Pricing, ILS, Capital Modelling and Risk would also be highly beneficial.

Previous experience of working within the Bermuda market would be advantageous however the role is also open to candidates who are based in the UK or USA (relocation support and visa sponsorship will be provided).

If you have previously worked as Chief Actuary for a prominent Insurer or at Director level for a Consulting practice, this role could represent an excellent next step in your career.
