We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SENDPractitioner to join our Inclusion Team. This is a key role within thedepartment, supporting the SENCO in the effective day-to-day management of SENDprovision and ensuring high-quality support for pupils with additional needs.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing EHCP processes,coordinating provision, and working closely with pupils, parents, teachers, andexternal professionals.
Working closely with the SENCO, you will help ensure that every learnerreceives the right support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.This is a hands-on, pupil-centred role involving the coordination of EHCPprocesses, management of SEND provision, communication with families, andcollaboration with teachers and external professionals.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex processes such as EHCPs and Annual Reviews, while also building positive relationships and offering practical support to colleagues. You will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to ensuring every pupil receives the right support to succeed.
