To deliver the two brands’ standards, stores must provide a first-class experience and reliably uphold in-store standards. The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering these high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Being a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers
• Outfit building for customers and making product recommendations
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing information on product features
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed appropriately

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail and the ability to connect with consumers
• Effective communication and collaborative approach
