About the Role

Role: Scrum Master (Utility Domain)

Location: Bradford, UK (Hybrid)

Duration – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor high-performing Agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, while ensuring compliance with governance controls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution
• Conduct in-depth analysis of processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile principles, promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and delivering complex programs
• Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO, or equivalent) and extensive experience with SAFE Agile frameworks
• Proven ability to work effectively with offshore teams, navigating cultural and time-zone differences to achieve outstanding results
• Strong understanding of governance controls and regulatory requirements, with experience in implementing effective compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
