The SAP Packaged Based Solutions Practice is looking for graduates to join its learning and development programme. This programme provides rewarding opportunities to develop consultative skills alongside learning how SAP is used to optimise business operations. As a graduate, you will work on the largest SAP implementation of its kind globally and play a key role in supporting critical infrastructure.

As a graduate, you will embark on a rewarding journey to become a highly skilled SAP professional in a supportive and inspiring environment, contributing to our mission of transforming the future of our Public Sector client’s SAP landscape.

This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford or Worthing. You must live within commuting distance to the chosen office and expect to be in the office three days a week. The role is not available in other UK offices, although other opportunities are available on our website with more flexible locations.

Your role
Consulting pathway
  • Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective system operations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions, promoting process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Provide support to end‑users by addressing SAP‑related enquiries and issues, offering timely solutions and training as required.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities, including writing and executing test cases to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and functionality of SAP applications, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, solutions, test evidence, processes, and procedures to support audit, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices, industry trends, and advancements, attending training sessions (TRM Academy) and collaborating with experts within the organisation.
Technical pathway
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for software applications, following coding standards and best practices.
  • Understand and create robust connections to third‑party systems, enabling efficient data flows with robust monitoring.
  • Create and maintain innovative UX solutions for Public Sector clients, enabling them to interact with the SAP system.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot software defects, providing timely fixes and improvements to enhance software reliability and performance.
  • Analyze complex technical issues, devise creative solutions, and work collaboratively to overcome development challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of software code, development processes, and application architectures to facilitate future development and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends to continuously enhance coding skills.

Your skills and experience
  • For the SAP Graduate Technology Consultant (Technical) role, a degree in Computer Science, Science, Maths or Technology is required.
  • For the SAP Graduate Technology Consultant (Functional) role, all other degrees are considered; an authentic interest in technology is necessary.
Your security clearance

Successful candidates will undergo pre‑employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service). The role requires Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last five years and satisfy all related criteria.
