About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven sales professionals to join our UK team as Field-Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will champion Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s innovative Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio, including XQS, while ensuring our products are well-represented across independent retailers. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with independent retailers. Promote and grow sales of NGP products, ensuring our brands are top‑of‑mind in your territory.
  • Become a subject‑matter expert on XQS and other NGP offerings. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to retailers, empowering them to confidently sell our products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences. Share actionable insights with management to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize growth within your assigned territory. Prioritize activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
