This role involves managing the critical path for each product, coordinating with cross-functional teams (colour, raw materials, fit, and quality), and ensuring all products meet aesthetic, construction, performance, safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage the product development process, ensuring all products are delivered on time and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a clear and organized development critical path, tracking milestones and deadlines.
  • Oversee product construction, fit, and overall make‑up, collaborating with design and technical teams to ensure fit consistency and alignment with specifications.
  • Ensure products meet Gymshark’s quality standards and sustainability claims.
  • Manage coordination with cross‑functional teams (colour, fit, raw materials, quality) to ensure smooth communication and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for all products under your development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to meet timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain thorough documentation (tech packs, sealed samples) and provide regular status updates to your manager.
  • Uphold responsible purchasing practices, ensuring decisions align with Gymshark’s ethical sourcing standards and sustainability goals.
Accountabilities
  • On‑time product development and proactive management of potential delays.
  • Ensuring fit, construction, and quality standards are met across all products.
  • Coordinating effectively with cross‑functional teams and acting as the main point of contact.
  • Compliance with legal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical development.
  • Understanding of product development timelines and processes.
  • Technical knowledge of colour development, raw materials, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and compliance regulations.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, and CAD software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
