About The Role

We've built a strong in-bound lead generation engine, and now we're looking for someone special to join our Sales Planning team as we grow from a startup into a leading European company. You’ll connect with customers, understand their renovation needs, show how Beams can help, and turn conversations into sales. You’ll collaborate with our design and construction teams to create personalised solutions and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Prior renovation or interior design experience isn’t required, but interest helps. If you enjoy making meaningful connections, hitting targets, and being part of a fast-growing, friendly team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on Beams\' home renovation and design solutions and platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding renovation needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Consult with customers, offering expert guidance on design trends, materials, and processes to help them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with design and build teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction from initial consultation to final installation.
  • Identify new business opportunities through customer feedback and market research.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Use Hubspot to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and document customer interactions for reporting and analysis.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • 1 to 2 years experience in B2B or B2C consultative sales (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, customer empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools; Hubspot is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy attitude, and bias to getting stuff done.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
