Job description
  • Job Tittle: Sales Negotiator / Viewings Coordinator
  • Location: Across Bexhill, Hastings, and the Fairlight Branch (Mainly based in Hastings)
  • Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm / 30 min lunch (Includes Saturdays with a day off in the week)
  • Salary up to £28,000k (DOE)

Must hold a UK full driving license due to the nature of the role. (Mileage/petrol will be expensed)

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a professional individual with a bold and charismatic personality to join our clients leading Estate Agency. You will be working alongside successful Sales Negotiators, supporting with property viewings. This role also holds an opportunity for someone either with or without experience within the Estate Agent industry. Our client offers exciting progression opportunities within the business and rewards hard work!

General Duties:
  • Attending 8AM morning meetings with the team (Hasting's office)
  • Conducting a daily report at the end of the day
  • Meeting with potential buyers/clients
  • Showing applicants around local properties and discussing their value
  • Communicating with both the office and clients as well as advising applicants on property information
  • Creating and building a strong reputation for the company
